If you google "103 South Greenbush Road" which is technically the address of my studio, you will get 3 different locations - very confusing! Here is a better way to find my studio via google, type in "Nice Pak Lane, Orangeburg, NY 10962"  - I am including it here - it will be easier to follow.  The "marker" ends up a little too far down the road so when you see the driveway for the horse stables (Clausland Mountain Stables) turn in the driveway and park wherever you can find a spot. My studio is directly across from the chicken coop. You will hear Kermit the rooster crowing, no joke

• Take Exit 10 off Tappan Zee Bridge /287 (going westbound) Its the first exit off the bridge.
• Follow signs for Route 9W SOUTH (Stay in the RIGHT HAND LANE)
• the exit ramp is a big circular arc and at the end of the arc there will be a stop sign, go straight thru it and you will then be on 9W SOUTH
• About a half mile down the road will be a flashing yellow light, proceed thru it. Continue down 9WSouth for about 2.5 more miles, past the signs for Piermont and Piermont business district.
• At your second traffic light go RIGHT, onto Hickey Street,
• make your first RIGHT onto Kings Highway, proceed for 1.4 miles.
• You will see a Provident Bank on your right. (you will see purple signs for the bank entrance)
• Make right hand turn onto Rte. 303 (going north), for about 1/8 mile.
• At your next traffic light, make a right hand turn. This is Mountain view road. Keep bearing to the RIGHT as it curves around.  When you get to the stone house with the tall white fence, make a LEFT. This is Nice Pak Lane. Make your next RIGHT into the driveway of the horse stables and park wherever you can find a spot.
